Q. What does LYHBBB stand for? 

a. LYHBBB = Love Your Health Bath Body and Beauty

Q. How long does it take for orders to be processed?

a. All orders are processed in the order that they are received and within 24-48 business hours.

Q. What is your return policy?

a. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns.  If there is an issue with the items received, please use the contact us form here or email us at support@lyhbbb.com and we will work to resolve the issue you may have.

Q. My Triple B Butter has melted, what should I do?

a. Our Triple B Butter is formulated to withstand high temperatures, but if the temperature is exceeded while in transit from us to you left in a higher heat setting, it is possible that the Butter will melt. The butter will still perform as expected, you may want to open the butter, remove the safety seal and carefully stir it with a spoon, then put in the fridge or freezer to firm it up for about 20 minutes.  Then store at room temperature and use.

Q.  Where are you located?  Do you ship internationally?

a. We are based in the US, unfortunately at this time we only ship orders domestically, depending on demand we may ship internationally in the future.
